There are no returns on made to order gowns. We do our best to describe the product and showing it for what it is through pictures. If you need to cancel your purchase before the dress has shipped, 50% of your purchase is considered a non-refundable deposit as it goes toward cost of fabrics, supplies and pattern making supplies and cannot be refunded.
If the dress arrived damaged or the different than ordered (wrong size/colour) we will absolutely make it right. We will always make sure you receive exactly what you order in perfect condition.
Payment is due up front on all of our individual items. After payment and your measurements are received it takes about 6-8 weeks for made to order items.
The shipping method listed has tracking included. It takes about 4-6 days to reach the US, and up to 10 days for Australia. If you would like express shipping, or need it to arrive sooner than the delivery time, please let us know and we can send you options with the costs associated. Any customs or duty charges that you may incur once a package enters your country is out of our control and is up to you as the customer to pay for.

All our gowns are made to our size chart. Please compare your measurements with our chart. Always order a dress according to your largest measurement. Plan to leave 4-6 weeks for alterations before your wedding. Hemming, bodice adjustments, strap adjustments are something that every bride will need to have adjusted.
