MillieIcaro - Terms & Conditions

SHIPPING

All items are made to order, and the listing will provide the estimated number of weeks required to complete the work. 
Items will be shipped via USPS first class mail from the United States. 

Shipment within US : All Shipments will have tracking details. The tracking number will be emailed upon shipment. 

International shipping or Shipping outside US: - By regular United States mail, the postal service normally takes 2 to 4 weeks. The tracking details will only show the last scan within US. Additional tracking details are not available. If you would prefer tracking all the way, then we would need to use express mail or a service like FedEx where the shipping cost is much higher. If you would prefer this option please do contact us before purchase. The buyer is responsible for any fees or charges incurred with the destination country's customs.

Rush orders are possible, please contact us to inquire about setting up a rush order. Please list the item name/link in your message so we can check to ensure that this product would be available as a rush order.

Please plan your purchases accordingly. 

RETURNS

Due to the delicate, made-to-order nature of our accessories, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for purchases of incorrect sizing. Items that are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return.

Please choose your item carefully as all items are made to order, there is no option of trying out a piece. If you are unsure if the piece will go well or not with your wedding attire, please DO NOT purchase. 

If we are unable to deliver the items, a full refund will be issued.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason send us a message letting us know why. This greatly helps us make better products! 

If the item arrives damaged from shipping, we will be glad to replace the damaged merchandise up to 7 days after the shipment was received. All issues should be reported within 7 days of item receipt. Most of our designs include meticulous stone work, so it is likely that a few stones could drop of during shipping if not handled carefully. In such cases, if you would like a repair kit, we will gladly send one. 

All refunds via the original mode of payment. 

Pricing: MillieIcaro owns the right to modify the price at anytime. No refund or price adjustment will be done if there is a change in price after the order is placed. 

* Disclaimer: We strive to source the finest raw materials. The silk threads, swarovski stones, crystals, brass settings, beads etc are sourced from various suppliers. Millieicaro company cannot guarantee the authenticity of purchased raw materials supplies.

* Intellectual Property : All designs, content features including artwork and photography  are owned, or licensed by Millieicaro. The photo's posted on Millieicaro may NOT be used in any commercial endeavors, except those approved by Millieicaro in writing. 

* Agreement : By placing an order, you agree to all the Terms and Conditions mentioned on this page. 

  It is important that each customer understand shop policy before purchase.

Customization of Products: In most cases we can customize our current designs to some extent; for example, extending the length of the wedding sash.
