Due to the custom bespoke nature of your order, we do not accept exchanges. If an item has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you must cancel an order after purchase, you must request cancellation within 7 days of the original purchase/transaction.
Estimated shipping time to North America and Europe is 1-10 business days after postage. You can contact us for an estimate to other parts of the world, as this varies. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method and carrier. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes/fees that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
FIT & ALTERATIONS
It must be noted that with any wedding dress purchased anywhere, it is common to need minor alterations by a trusted tailor or seamstress after you receive your gown.
