Due to the hygienic nature of the jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

US and Canada orders will be shipped via First Class Shipping USPS (tracking included)
Ready made items will be shipped 1-3 business days
Items will not be shipped until transaction is complete

Shipping outside of the US will be sent via USPS first class international mail and may take 2-4 weeks for delivery. Prior to purchasing, please note: Gemdots Jewelry is not responsible for any custom fees and/or charges that may be locally assessed. These are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
Since many of the materials to create your jewelry though durable, are fragile, we strongly recommend to treat your pieces delicately. In order to keep jewelry looking its best, do not leave your pieces out in direct sunlight and avoid getting lotions, perfumes, hairspray, makeup etc. on any of the pieces. Do not wear your jewelry while swimming, showering or bathing.
