It is an unfortunate reality that sometimes after trying on a new garment, you realize it’s not what you needed or wanted. And we completely understand. That is why you have 3 days after receiving your skirt to contact us for a return and refund*. Same goes if you want to exchange* your skirt for a different size or style.

Oh dear… We really hope you’ll never need this section (we want you to love your skirt as much as we do!)
*Please remember, only unworn items with original tags can be refunded or exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are your responsibility.
** Please be advised that custom-made items (items that are not standard size, color, length) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges that occur with international shipments when going through the customs process.
Items are shipped via Canada post and shipping times vary. Standard shipping to Canada/USA is estimated at 5-7 business days. Standard shipping to the rest of the world is 10-14 business days. These times may fluctuate as they are dependent on the postal service and out of our control. Priority shipping within Canada and the USA is available for an extra charge and will take 1-3 business days on average.
