All our accessory lines are handmade in Italy in our studio, following fine craftsmanship and skills. Each product made is done by hand with greatest accuracy and care possible, take note that sometimes may slightly differ from the original sample shown in our e-shop due to its handmade origin.
Minor alterations on accessories such as color, comb or ribbons finishing are available on request without any additional fee. New tailor-made pieces are welcome! Feel free to contact us at email@example.com
In order to preserve an exclusive character in the collections, certain pieces and fabrics are limited, don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information if an accessory is sold out or not available, we will do our best to satisfy your request.
If purchasing multiple orders from our shop in a single order, you will generally pay only one shipping charge. The production time of the entire order is based on the latest turnaround time.
If you purchase items in separate orders in quick succession, we are happy to unify all in a single order and refund the difference in shipping costs. Write us an email at email@example.com or leave a note on message box when you check out, your order will be unified and shipped out as soon as we complete the production time of the last item.
Before buying, we encourage you to properly verify dimension and colors and read our policies to avoid missunderstanding so we'll ensure a pleasing and positive experience with Elibre.

Rush orders on bespoke pieces are available upon request.
Please take note that we are not able to accept returns and exchanges on tailor-made pieces due to its exclusive nature.
All of our accessories are done by hand, requiring time and attention to detail, so for this reason production times can vary between 1 and 4 weeks and depends the intricacy of each item. You can check production time of each style directly in product page under 'production & shipping' section.
If you need to receive an order as soon as possible we'll do our best to help you. We invite to contact us at email@example.com so we can check the availability to create a rush order and ensure you'll receive your piece in time for the requested date.
SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
We ship worldwide from Italy. Standard registered airmail service (2-4 weeks worldwide) and express shipping via courier (1-3 days worldwide) both online tracking and delivery confirmation included. For express/rush orders view our Rush Order listing (link in product pages).
General estimated times depending on region for standard shipping are:
Italy : delivery in 3-5 days
Europe and non EU: delivery in 1-2 weeks
USA, Canada : delivery in 2-4 weeks
Australia and rest of world : 3-4 weeks
Package can be insured ( recommended for purchases over 150$ USD ) on selected countries adding 6$ USD. Please contact us prior to ordering if you'd like to add insurance and we can set it up as a custom order. We are not responsible for any loss of package that is not insured.
TAXES, FEES, DUTIES
International orders can incur custom controls or an import duty fee, which can be charged upon delivery. These charges vary depending on the country and cannot be specified until delivery has been made. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information. The payment of all customs and import duties is the responsibility of the customer.
We invite you to choose properly your item(s), verify dimension and color. All our products are made to order and we are not able to accept returns and exchanges, if you order are something that not satisfy you feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 Hours from delivery for discuss a solution together.
We invite you to check your order upon receipt, in the event of a defect found (not damaged during transport) or non-comformity of the item, we invite you to contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours from receipt, indicating the details of your request, number and date of order, and attaching pictures if possible.
The defective or non-conforming item must be returned intact, in its original package. For international returns please mark clearly "Returned goods - No commercial value".
Upon receipt of the product, we'll immediately send a replacement or a refund.
