RETURNS

Please choose your item carefully prior to placing your order. All of the products are handmade with the utmost care and Blanca Veils stands behind the quality of our work and products. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! After all, your wedding only happens once.

Because of the handmade nature of each item, returns/exchanges are not accepted do to wrong color choice for your dress. Please confirm your lace choice and veil color BEFORE placing your wedding veil. Please request a sample swatch packet before ordering your veil, or message our veil designers for help deciding on the perfect color or style. We are here to help! 

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for veil length changes. Please measure or message our veil designers if you need help deciding on the perfect length for your dress. 

If length changes are need to be made to your veil, we offer alterations to most veils for a small fee. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We try our best to always have a very fast turnaround for our brides. But because of our affordable prices our workshop does get very busy. We hand make and ship our lovely veils in a first ordered, first shipped basis.

Current Production Time is 1-3 Weeks unless a Rush Order is added at checkout.

We can accommodate any time frame if your wedding is near and even ship same day if needed. Additional rush order fees and shipping charges may apply. Please contact us if a Rush Order is needed for your veil.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Please note that Blanca Veils can only provide ESTIMATED delivery dates, as provided by USPS, and cannot guarantee delivery on USPS’ estimated date. Blanca Veils assumes no liability for delivered shipments, weather delays, custom delays and any other delivery issues once your package has left our studio. 

PLEASE NOTE: Blanca Veils is not responsible for LOST packages after the item ships. Please make sure that your "ship to" address is to a secure location and the shipping address is correct. 

Domestic
Shipments are shipped according to the shipping method you choose at checkout. Please choose Priority Mail or Priority Express for the most secure shipping method. 

If you would like to add a signature to your package, please send a message prior to placing your order, so you can receive an upgraded estimate.

International

All international orders are sent through USPS First Class International Mail, which includes NO tracking once its left the United States and enters your country. The method of shipping is chosen to keep your shipping cost down.

For USPS First Class International Mail, please allow up to 2-5 weeks for shipping time, as your item may get delayed in customs. Please note, there is NO guaranteed delivery date, since there is no tracking; also this is the estimated time frame for shipping after your product has shipped.

If you select a non-traceable shipping method, you will be unable to get assistance from USPS in the recovery of any package that is lost, stolen or missing in transit. Upgrading is at the buyers expense, and Blanca Veils HIGHLY recommends upgrading to a traceable and insured service.

International customers can upgrade to USPS Priority (6-10 business days) or USPS Express (3-5 business days). This shipping upgrade can be selected when you place your order at checkout. Please Note: If the item gets delayed in customs, the length of time to receive your package may take longer. Therefore, please allow extra delivery time when placing your order for international shipments.

CUSTOMS FEES, TARIFFS, and any other government fees are the buyer's responsibility to pay. Please check with your countries policies in regards to taxes/duties.
